“Sign On the Dotted Line: The Importance of Contracts to the Success of Your Destination Wedding Business”

Protect your client and protect yourself!
In the travel industry, many travel agents, especially newer agents, are sometimes more interested in booking travel. They tend to overlook the importance of protecting their business assets and their brand. Therefore, they often forego the necessity of entering into contracts with their clients. Whether you charge fee for service, monetary retainer, etc., it is important to set out the terms & conditions of how the agent client relationship will work. This presentation will focus on the responsibilities of the agent, as well as those of the client. We will also look at why size does not matter, whether contracts are iron clad, and what happens when things go wrong.

“Heart not Hustle: the secret to getting more out of your business by doing less"

Open your eyes to the possibility of how things could be (as well as where they are not working currently in your business) and learn real, actionable steps you can implement in order not to work 24/7 in order to succeed.

Because as we both know, the most effective marketing and most successful businesses have a deep understanding of their avatar so they can be proactive, instead of reactive.
