IADWP Eurasia Chapter & Workshop Travelshop will be hosting the International Tourism Summit, including conferences and B2B networking workshops, from May 20th to 23rd, 2024. This event is organized in collaboration with our esteemed partners, the International Ecotourism Society and Queen Adventure.

Our goal is to introduce this magnificent, undiscovered destination in Africa to tourism professionals worldwide, and for this purpose, we will be bringing the world's top speakers. With 54 countries within the African continent, it holds significant importance as a destination in tourism. We want to contribute to the promotion of this region by showcasing the areas where numerous wildlife species inhabit national parks. Through this effort, we aim to increase business volume and secure the deserved position in the global tourism market.

4 Days International Tourism Summit Africa Event Program

We aim to enhance our business volume by organizing the inaugural International Tourism Summit in unforgettable Tanzania. This event will bring together the world's most experienced tourism speakers and tour operators from all corners of the globe, and provide B2B meetings with tourism professionals on the African continent..

Furthermore, we are orchestrating an extraordinary familiarization (fam) trip to the region renowned for hosting the world's most exquisite natural national parks and diverse wildlife. This initiative aims to provide tourism professionals with an unforgettable educational journey.

Day 1 (May 20th) Arrival to Kilimanjaro International Airport Arusha in Tanzania & Welcome Dinner

Today is your arrival date at Arusha, Tanzania Kilimanjaro International Airport. 

We will provide your Airport Transfer to the Hotel between 07: 00 and 22:00.

Explore into the world of Serval Wildlife on this day. Visit a wildlife sanctuary or reserve dedicated to the conservation of servals, elegant wildcats known for their slender build and distinctive markings. Learn about these fascinating animals and support their conservation efforts. After the trip we will have a farewell dinner. Enjoy your night! Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4 (May 22nd) Tour the end
