CANCELLATION POLICIES: Please read these cancellation policies. By checking this box, I agree to the following cancellation policies: - Any cancellation made 31 days or more prior to the event will result in a credit, valid for 12 months only, applicable to an upcoming event of the participant's choice (subject to availability). - The credit has no dollar value and is only redeemable for a registration of lesser or equal cost upon confirmation of amounts paid and contracted. - If the registration for the substitute event has a higher cost, the participant must cover the difference at the time of the new registration to guarantee his/her place. - Cancellations made less than 31 days prior to an event will result in forfeiture of fees paid to IADWP for said event(s).

Register for the World Romance Travel Conference - Love Mexico 2022 and experience first-hand the best spots for romance in Guanajuato Capital City and San Miguel de Allende.

Registration fee includes:*

General and simultaneous sessions from the main program from November 7th to 10th.
Access to networking and one-on-one appointments with vendors
Welcome and Farewell events.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Any cancellation made 31 days or more before the event will be turned into a credit valid only for 12 months, applicable to the next event (subject to availability).
The credit has no monetary dollar value and is only redeemable for a registration fee of less or equal cost prior to confirmation of the amounts paid and contracted services.
If the entry to the substitute event has a higher cost, the participant must cover the difference at the time of new registration to guarantee their place.
Cancellations made less than 31 days to an event will result in the loss of fees paid to IADWP for such event(s). Exceptions may apply due to force majeure.
